Maybe you left your birth feeling confused and disappointed. Or maybe you just haven’t had a safe place to unpack your birth story. Either way, doula I will hold space for you as your share your birth story and encourage you to express all emotions. This is for mothers who haven’t had a safe place to share and/or those who have experienced a traumatic birth experience.

This is a 60 minute virtual call. I will offer you resources upon request, but generally reserve this time to listen and reflect back to you.
