When you book postpartum + virtual birth doula care with me, I will walk alongside you every step of the way.

Virtual Birth Doula Support includes:

  • Childbirth education (stages and signs of labor)

  • Evidenced-based information on common medical interventions in labor, birth, and postpartum

  • Birth team planning (where to give birth and how to choose a provider)

  • Tools to cope with labor (teaching your partner how to be your biggest support)

  • On-call phone and text support

  • My professional advice on when it’s time to go to the hospital or birth center

  • Access to my TENS unit as a labor-coping tool

This add-on service is $510 and is only available to Sand and Sage Postpartum clients.

Birth doula support to homebirth and birth center birth doula clients | Sand and Sage Postpartum Care

Sand and Sage Postpartum Care offers in-person birth doula support to a limited number of clients who are planning an out-of-hospital birth.

This add-on service is $750 and is only available to Sand and Sage Postpartum clients who book postpartum care packages.
