The newborn stage is such a tender and fleeting time. You deserve to cherish every moment.
I know firsthand what it feels like to slog thought postpartum, being sleep deprived, wildly anxious, and struggling with each latch.
You deserve so much more.
Hi, I’m Jessica. I am a wife and mother to a little boy and quickly growing toddler.
After a rough postpartum experience and challenging breastfeeding journey with my first baby, I have made it my mission to help other parents make the most of this amazing season of life.
My second pregnancy and postpartum experience was wildly different than my first. And it is one that I wish for all mothers to experience.
Do you want to nourish your body during pregnancy and prepare your mind for what is to come?
Do you want to create a postpartum plan and assemble your village of support?
Do you want help meal prepping deeply nourishing foods?
Do you want to easily hold your boundaries and rest for the first forty days?
I entered my second motherhood journey as a much stronger and healthier mother who is even more inspired to support the families around me.
You deserve mother-centered care. The health of the family relies on the health of the mother. You cannot be the mother you want to be if you are not taken care of first. You deserve somebody who knows how to support the unique physical, emotional, and psychological needs of postpartum mothers so that you can best take care of your baby and build the family you desire.
